We have great pleasure in presenting the above bulletin entitled "Malaysia Today - The challenges Ahead."

Today, Malaysia is well regarded and respected  in term of  development and diversity amongst Asean nations and has  great potentials for the making of a developed nation status by 2020. Its diversified economy such as infrastructure, banking, automotive industry, communications, agriculture, tourism (ecotourism) and others augur well towards achieving the desired vision.   This is all made possible by the Barisan Nasional government led by YAB Dato’ Sri Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi, who has made this possible through his hard work by sheer tenacity and determination.

Challenges abound,we will persevere and overcome this challenges.   The government today must be more tolerant and transparent and take a positive outlook towards achieving a fully developed nation status. Opportunities for investors whether, local or foreign, must be given excellent incentives. The government should take the necessary steps to further develop the Multimedia, ICT and the telecommunications industry to a higher level of achievement.

The bulletin also features the government policy on business/commercial, trade and industries for the guidance to would-be investors, both local and foreign.
